At Black & White Academy Ltd, we are committed to making the payment process as clear, fair, and secure as possible. This policy sets out how we collect and handle payments for our courses and services. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before enrolling.
Accepted Payment Methods
Black & White Academy Ltd accepts payment by debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.
All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems at any time.
Bank transfer details will be provided upon enrolment confirmation. Please use your full name and course name as the payment reference.
When Payment Is Due
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course.
Where a payment plan has been agreed, instalments must be received by the agreed dates. Failure to maintain payments may result in your place being released.
Full payment must be received before the course start date unless a written payment plan has been formally agreed with the Academy.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel your enrolment more than 14 days before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date may be subject to an administration fee. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
In the event that Black & White Academy Ltd cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.
Non-Payment
Where payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to withdraw your place on the course.
Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt recovery service if they remain unpaid after reasonable notice has been given.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us as early as possible. We will always endeavour to find a solution where we can.
Payment Security
All online payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.
We will never ask you to share your full card number, PIN, or online banking password by email, phone, or any other means.
If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Black & White Academy Ltd regarding payment, please contact us immediately.
Invoices & Receipts
A receipt or invoice will be issued for every payment received. Please retain this for your records.
If you require a VAT receipt or formal invoice for employer or funding purposes, please request this at the time of payment.
All financial records are held securely in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law.
